Eficiencia del riego de la caña
de azucar en el área Ureña - San Antonio.

Resumen
|
Con la finalidad de contribuir al mejor
aprovechamiento del escaso recurso hidrico para el riego de la Cafla de
Azlacar en el área Ureña - San Antonio, se realizó
un estudio a fin de conocer la infraestructura y las condiciones de operación
del sistema de riego. La eficiencia de riego promedio del sistema
se midió en base a pruebas y aforos realizados en lugares representativos
bajo las condiciones normales de operación del sistema. Se
determinó que la situación deficitaria de recurso hídrico
se agrava por la rusticidad de la infraestructura del sistema de riego,
el descontrol existente en la distribución equitativa del escaso
recurso disponible y el mal manejo del agua en las parcelas, lo cual trae
corno consecuencia eficiencia de riego promedio del 25%. |

Abstract
|
Aimed on the purpose to contribute to
a better use of the scarce hidric resource for the irrígation of
the sugarcane at the Urefla-San Antonio álrea, an evaluation was
conducted to know the infraestructura and the operation of the irrigation
system.
The mean efficiency was measured with
tests done in representíve places under normal operating conditions
of the system. It was determined that the deficitary hidric situation
is aggravate by the rwticity of the the unquitable distribution of the
warter available, and the erroneous handling
of the the water in the farms. Which brings as a consequence an irrigation
efficiency of the 25%. |
