What
is the Agronomic Engineering?
It is a career that uses the knowledge of the basic sciences
such as mathematical, physics and chemical, the applied sciences
such as vegetable physiology, handling of floors and cultivations
protection, the updated technology like the computer science
and the biotechnology, conjugating them with the practical
knowledge generated by the productive processes, to form engineers
able to optimize agricultural productive systems and to undertake
with success business of the agriculture.

you will learn in the career?

At basic level of the career the student establishes an
early contact with the reality of the agricultural production;
he receives theoretical-practice instruction in the basic
sciences of the engineering and is qualified in laboratories
endowed with high technology, in areas like biology, genetics
and computer science.

At half level of the career he begins in the taking and
execution of decisions related with real productive processes
of commercial scale. He deepens in the technician-scientific
aspects of the production in the local environment and establishes
contact with the national reality through field exits to
the main centers of production of the country.
- In the final phase of the career he consolidates
as professional of the agronomic engineering, specialist
in the main items of the region, acquires capacity to intervene
as agent of the development in the rural means and through
the degree thesis he achieves experience in the realization
of works of scientific research, making significant contributions
for the solution of problems of the agriculture of the region.
