The President

The President is the person in charge of exercising the legal representation of the institution, being his attributions, among others:

• To preside over the university board.
• To carry out and to make that everyone carries out the Laws, Regulations and emanated dispositions of the university and superior boards.
• To manage, to coordinate, and to supervise the university activities.
• To confer the university titles and to issue officially the competence certificates.
• To issue officially the appointments of the elected deans for the cloister, directors, bosses of departments, coordinators, bosses of the other academic and administrative units.
