Administrative Vice-rectorate

The Administrative Vice president is the authority responsible for the administrative and financial areas of the University and he has the following main attributions:

• To direct and to coordinate, in agreement with the President, the administrative and financial activities of the University.
• To settle down, of agreement with the President, the general limits of the administrative and financial politics of the University and to subject them to consideration of the University Board.
• To promote the creation of new financing sources.
• To replace the temporary absences of the Academic Vice president.
• To propose to the University Board the amount of the university tariffs.
• To elaborate the yearly project of Budget.
